Amanda Peres and Robin Sealy attended the Jr. High Conclaves at Cho-Yeh, February 23-25, 2007 with Diann East chaperoning. Callie Coulter, Casey Coulter, Brianne McKelroy, Katrina Hernandez, and Stephanie Thirtle will be going to the Sr. High Conclaves with Cindy McKelroy as the adult chaperone March 2-4, 2007.

Our dinner theater is our Annual event where the youth try to give back to the congregation who has been so supportive of them throughout the year. It is not meant to be a fund raiser for our group who hopes to just break even, but due to some unexpected competition among our guest, approximately $780 was raised in addition to what we were hoping to make. Thank you so very much. The extra money was a marvelous surprise! Many of you know that these wonderful donations give the youth more opportunities to go to camps and mission trips in the future.
A special thank you goes out to Diann east for tackling the dinner theater this year and all of her hard work to pull it all together. Our Thanks also goes to Stacey Coulter and Scotta Stanley who spent the entire day at the church preparing the wonderful food and all who helped them. our beautiful Decorations were the result of a generous donation by Debbie Hutson who also allowed us to use many of the items on the table and Belinda Barrera and Amanda Jones who did all of the decorating. I’m sure I have missed many who helped in our event by your donation of time, food items, etc.. I send each of you a heart felt thank you.
Our youth group is very blessed to be a part of the Gulf Prairie congregation. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts. We love all of you so very much!!!!!
